For Astrium in Munich Ottobrunn within the area Business Winning for the department Business Winning Germany we are looking for a Sales and Bid Manager fm. In this position you will be responsible for developing a Bid Management System for GC Germany. In conjunction with the KAMs for the army or Civil Gov, you will systematically assist with or carry out all the steps involved in creating a bid. You will ensure the availability of accurate, highquality technical, legal and financial information. Your tasks will include preparing and successfully carrying out reviews in order to reduce errors as much as possible and to contribute new ideas. You will also ensure that sufficient materials are available for shortterm bid creation. Bid Management also includes releasing the final version of the bid from Astrium Management, designing the visual aspects of the bid, and producing and sending the print version. This will require the involvement of GC Configuration Management and compliance with the GC acquisition procedures. Your main tasks will include Producing bids for various government customers Federal Ministry of Defence, Federal Ministry of the Interior, German Aerospace Centre, etc. in Germany, generally following a call for tender Compiling the various items required for a bid from the contributing parties Putting together the commercial and technical bid and the management part, and integrating the subelements in the overall bid Assisting the KAMs with incoming orders, including carrying out negotiations Assisting the KAMs with business development activities If you are interested in this position, please apply online via www.jobs.eads.com.
