Sales up, supply down in Cranbrook real estate market

The local Cranbrook, B.C., market has been active in real estate for the first six months of 2015, according to data compiled by local realtor Jason Wheeldon. The first two quarters of the year saw 135 single family dwellings sold in the City of Cranbrook, an increase of 16.4 per cent over last year.
