The Seconded National Experts will be placed in the Market Development department of the GSA in Prague and will be working on several or all aspects dealt with by this section depending on the specific fields of expertise brought by the candidates. The tasks and responsibilities may include the following Act as the entry point for country stakeholders like local authorities and sector agencies involved in EGNSS sectors, namely road transportation, other transport modes e.g. rail, maritime, aviation and infrastructure related areas e.g. civil engineering Coordinate user and stakeholder communities, and participation in collaborative networks Understand local market needs in the member countries, supporting andor performing ad hoc market research Translate user needs into requirements and propose services characteristics Manage RD projects in the downstream value chain andor in receivers Support feasibility and cost analysis in cooperation with the competent technical interface Liaise with country public players, universities and RD centres and identify excellence centres focused on specific market segments, in partnership with regional players Identify opportunities for regulation to ensure EGNSS usage development and market adoption Manage projects coordinating country agencies to foster adoption of EGNSS.
