Tasks and Responsibilities The work will be performed at the Airbus Defence Space Centre in Bremen, Germany. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for definition, implementation, and management of MPCVESM related work package in support of US based system closed loop testing. The position will include the following tasks and responsibilities Control management of ITL delivery to ESA I NASA according to contractual baseline Identification of improvement currently not yet part of baseline according to discussion within EGF WG with ESA NASA Implementation and control of related CCN Coordination and harmonization with other MPCV electrical facilities in Bremen and LMX Coordination and support of system verification tasks ESM SM in case of need allocation of additional change requests by ESA NASA Responsible for producing and maintaining the Assembly, Integration and Verification Plan. Qualifications and Experience Applicants should have a University degree in a relevant discipline and several years of experience as a Senior Ground Operations Manager or System Engineer. Furthermore, candidates are required to have following skills Ability to cope with pressure. Solid Background in EGSE, AIT AIV, System Engineering. Fluent in English. High level of flexibility. Good organization skills, good communication skills. Extensive travel is involved with this position Average 1 trip in Europe per week incl. overnight Average 2 trips to US per year one fuII week Expected start date July 2014.
