Summary A senior ICT network engineer with experience in supportingdelivering IT infrastructures with different complexity with detailed knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, Firewalls, IPS. ResponsibilitiesDuties The Engineer will provide support to the TPZVD ICT Engineering Team in the delivery of ICT engineering services to multiple clients. The work shall include analysis of the requirements design, integration, validation and documentation of ICT solutions handover to operations level 3 support for incidents and problems. QualificationsExperience A university degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. At least 5 years experience as ICT Engineer. The successful candidate will have strong resultsoriented and planning capabilities, coupled with very good problemsolving skills and a pronounced customer focus. Applicants should have good communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a diverse team environment and accomplish goals in line with team objectives. Essential Skills Detailed knowledge of Cisco routing and switching Layer2 and Layer3, OSPF, BGP, VRFlite Experienced in VPN IPSec technologies Very good knowledge of Cisco products Catalyst IOSNexus NXOSFirewallsIPS Cisco CCNP certificate is a plus Great communication and problem solving skills. An advancedlevel command of English and an ability to present output in a clear, concise and understandable way, both orally and in writing Good communication and mediation skills Very good ability in writing technical documentation. Proactive and confident personality. Ability to manage assigned activitiestasks accountability and respect for deadlines Desired Skills Sound knowledge of VSAT technologies BashPython Scripting Knowledge of Linux and Solaris Operating Systems.
