Spandex prices have stayed unchanged in the past weeks in China, whereas other fiber prices were mostly dropping. The previous fall of elastane prices may have boosted demand from downward users, whereas exports have surged to Pakistan. Our monthly report covers spandex and PTMEG prices on the domestic Chinese market, with weekly margin trends at spandex plants. Price offers of major spandex producers are also released.
