One of our Space clients in Germany is looking for a engineer to work as a Structural Analysis and Verification Engineer on their projects. Tasks Analyze, optimize and verify satellite structures using the Finite Element method. Generate and maintain documentations such as specifications, analysis reports as well as testing procedures and reports. Supervise and manage subcontractors. Support satellite projects from the proposal phase until the launch campaign. Present the results of their work to customers. Required Qualifications A degree in engineering with a major in mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications Several years of professional experience in structural verifications, in the area of satellite technology. Proven experience in using Finite Element calculation programs, ideally NASTRAN and HyperMesh Experience in VAONE RAYON vibroacoustic simulation system will be an advantage Confident in negotiations with customers and willing to travel You are flexible and able to adjust quickly to your new duties Fluency in spoken and written English
