For Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen within the area Microwave Instruments we are looking for a Study Engineer SAR mf in the area of Radar Parameter Generator. Your responsibilities will include Developing a software tool to generate operating parameters dynamic and static for a satellitebased SAR system based on a defined ideal SAR illumination geometry Implementing the ideal SAR illumination geometry in the real orbit and terrain geometry Considering the future real computer architecture of the operational system in coordination with the satellite ground segment Producing digital specifications for the implementation of the operational software We are looking for candidates with the following skills University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology or similar Good understanding of mathematics and physics, and experience in software engineering Knowledge of satellite orbits and radars would be an advantage.
