For Astrium Space Transportation in Munich Ottobrunnwithin the area Astrium Procurement for the department Procurement Propulsion Equipment Domain we are looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager fm. The Supplier Relationship Manager SRM will take care that the work is performed in accordance with the Astrium ST internal rules for supplier management CMS 80101 und CMS 80227 and within this frame will act as Astrium Space Transportation representative towards such subcontractors. The SRM shall advise both operative and hierarchical lines in case of conflict of priorities schedule at subcontractor level between different programs. Management tasks The SRM is the main and official point of contact one voiceone message towards the subcontractor, for the listed programmes. He has a global vision on its subcontractors and the relevant supplies, covering the whole life cycle of the servicesequipment procured Consolidation of all aspects of SOW, and monitoring of its execution Focal point towards the subcontractor acting as a project manager when managing a subcontractor Coordination of the interfaces of all stakeholders involved in the subcontractor contract Management of all aspects of the contracts, in particular on time, on costs and on quality delivery of all deliverables The SRM is responsible for subcontractor performance towards the programme and coordinates all interfaces procurement, technical, quality with the subcontractor meaning however that not all communications needs to go through him Implementation of the subcontractor evaluation process Definition and monitoring of the Subcontractor Improvement Plan Implementation of a transversal view crossprogram within the BD, development and production on subcontractor negotiations, performance evaluations, action plans Update and verification that the data are correctly implemented up to date in relevant IT tools e.g. dashboard, biweekly reports Commercial tasks Participation to negotiation price target Participation to payment release, after validation of the compliance of deliveries with the Technical Product Manager and the Quality Engineer Reporting The SRM reports to the Programme Managers and Programme Sourcing Domain Managers for the contracts execution The SRM reports hierarchically to the Head of Procurement Propulsion Equipment Domain TX3 The delivery of an adequate and reliable reporting in accordance with company and program needs shall be provided on a regular basis andor on demand wrt major events of the contract execution, as part of his SRM duties Engineer spaceaeronauticspropulsionmechanics with significant experience in program management, preferably in international environment project manager or subsystem procurement manager, PMO bid manager able to have overview and set up priorities Experience in Team coordination Management of international subcontractors or major suppliers Propulsion related products valves nozzles turbo machinery tanks engines pressure transducers Good knowledge of the processeschallenges linked to either development or production phases from a programmatic and technical point of view Capacity to assesschallenge the correctness and relevance of the programmatic and technical flow down adaptation of the upper level requirements to form the contractual baseline and preserve EADS Astrium interest in a top downbottom up approach as well as capacity to provide a reliable economical assessment English and French negotiation level German fluentnegotiation level TO APPLY click here
