For Astrium in Bremen within the area Data Centre Service for the department Data Centre Services Germany we are looking for a System Administrator mf Data Centre Service Germany. The Astrium Data Centre team is responsible within the Information Management IM organisation for European services linked to servers, storage architecture and database administration, and is spread across France, Germany and the UK in order to provide local services as well as European support. The Astrium Data Centre team administrates all the servers within the IM scope Windows, Active Directory, UNIX, Linux for Astrium applications and the associated storage and backup infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include Developing and providing the Data Centre service, in relation with the German Data Centre Manager Managing Data Centre projects at national or international level, and relaying information from the Data Centre team to the business, users and site facilities Managing resources to provide support and services on these servers We are looking for candidates with the following skills University degree in information technology or equivalent Knowledge in security technologies and environments Technical skills in data centre technologies Windows, Active Directory, Mail Systems, Security Strategies, Database Technologies, VMWARE, Terminal ServerVDI, Storage and Backup technologies, UNIX, Linux Proactive behaviour in proposing technology development A fluent negotiation level of German and English The position can also be staffed either in Munich Ottobrunn or in Friedrichshafen.
