We are currently looking for a Technical Manager for Test Center to support our customer in the Netherlands. Technical Manager for Test Center Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a leading European technology and science service provider specialized in the qualification of products for national and international companies as well as the public sector. The company has test facilities for satellites and other space structures such as the Ariane rockets. In this role you will have the following responsibilities Technical guidance of the mechanical test teams as well as subcontractors Operation, development and maintenance of mechanical test facilities Monitoring the technical quality and safety standards of the test facilities Design, execution and evaluation of tests Planning, optimization and control of test procedures and workflows within the mechanical test teams Planning, optimization and control of personnel and facilities deployment Support of the Test Program Manager for technical issues. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering or equivalent Several years experience in management, maintenance and operation of test facilities Experience in the leadership of employees Experience in the application of QM standards Ability to work efficiently in an international team Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to motivate employees Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of French andor Dutch is an advantage.
