With resettable memory shape alloy, FireChek® Thermal Shutoffs can be used to automatically shut down pneumatic control system when nearby fire occurs, or when ambient temperature reaches 135, 150, or 165°F. When FireChek senses excessive heat, it immediately closes air supply line preventing air from feeding fire, and simultaneously vents spring return actuator to allow return to fail-safe. FireChek® with Quick Exhaust and FireCheck® PLUS Pilot Valves are also available.
