DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Lisa was located near latitude 25.3 North, longitude 39.7 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h). A gradual turn toward the north is expected during the next day or two. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast, and Lisa is expected to become a post-tropical cyclone tonight. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1010 mb (29.83 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
