The primary task is to support the Integration and Validation of large EO data dissemination systems. This may cover all areas of the system testing, such as Test documentation preparation Acceptance of external Software Review of SW technical notes Requirements analysis and traceability to test cases and procedures Preparation of the reference platform by mean of SW installations and adhoc configurations Development and Installation of SW application Tests execution and evaluation Analysis of SW issues in collaboration with Development and Operations team Transfer to operation preparation Generation and Maintenance of technical documentation. Ideal candidate The candidate should have relvant education and experience in the related field along with the following Experience with Linux, Unix and shell scripting Experience with Java language development Experience with python language Experience with issue tracking systems and code version control systems Experience in the corrective and evolutive maintenance processes Engineering degree similar with ideally experience in the system engineering testing sector Knowledge of the ECSS standard Proven understanding of Sentinels PDGS and Sentinels Products is an asset Experience in the definition and maintenance of user requirements for ESAs PDGS is an asset Fluency in English.
