Vietnam's apparel exports are rebounding this year, thanks to a surge of sales to Japan, Korea and also to China. Exports to the United States have even recovered in the past months, whereas the European Union could now offer the strongest opportunities, thanks to the duty-free agreement negotiated with Brussels. EU's rules of origin will boost textile investment of domestic and Chinese companies.
