Whole Foods is planning a new store concept geared toward millennials as it faces intensifying competition from traditional supermarkets and big box retailers muscling into organic and natural products. The company said Wednesday it's building a team to focus exclusively on the concept, and that it's already negotiating leases and plans to start opening stores next year.
