A veterinarian and a NorthWestern Energy crew were part of a rescue effort that helped bring a horse that got stuck in the mud in the Sun River to safety. The Great Falls Tribune reports that veterinarian Kelly Manzer responded to the scene near Great Falls on March 7 after receiving a call from one of her clients who had spotted the struggling horse.
