Hawaiian Airlines said Monday it is adding a new range of enhancements to its in-flight service for customers traveling from Japan to Hawaii, including a new meal collaboration with Lee Anne Wong , chef and owner of Koko Head Cafe in Honolulu. Beginning on Tuesday, main cabin and business class passengers on all Hawaii-bound flights from Japan will be served regional and global fusion dishes curated by Wong, ranging from curry-crusted flounder or halibut to guava huli chicken.
