John Patenaude, who joined Pennichuck Corp. as CEO during its complicated transition to a city-owned private utility, will step down from the job in November, and a successor could be named as early as late summer. Patenaude, 65, was hired as an interim CEO and said last year that he planned to leave by late 2015.

Reliance's Hannah to Retire; Mollins Named CEO

David Hannah will retire as chief executive officer of Los Angeles-based Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., effective May 20. Gregg Mollins, current president and chief operating officer, will take over as CEO. Hannah will remain executive chairman of the board until July 2016.

Dairy veteran Jim Sutton to retire from All Star Association

Jim Sutton is retiring on April 1 from All Star Association, where he worked for 191/2 years. The association, based in Lexington, Ky., honored him during an awards dinner at its annual convention in Tucson, Ariz., on March 20. All Star has purchasing relationships with nearly 285 individual companies representing over 450 plants.
