Apparel exports from Bangladesh are expected to plunge in the coming months, over the Covid-19 crisis, before potentially rebounding. The clothing industry overcame in 2019 a sharp rise in the minimum wages, although still excessively focused on cotton products. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive view of Bangladesh's clothing exports in 2014-2019, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination.
