Monthly Leasing and Finance Index (MLFI-25) for December 2013 shows $10.7 billion in overall new business volume, while cumulative new business volume for 2013 rose 3% over 2012. Receivables over 30 days were at 1.9%, up from November's 1.8%; delinquencies increased from 1.6% in 2012; and charge-offs were unchanged from previous month at 0.3%.
