We are currently looking for a Support for Operational Concept Definition and System Operations to support our customer in Germany. Support for Operational Concept Definition and System Operations Key Tasks and Responsibilities The Galileo mission involves the operation of circa 30 satellites. The present operational concept needs to be evaluated and revised to address the unique challenges and opportunities for operational efficiency in the configuration. As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities Support and document tradeoff analysis to improve the Galileo core system operational concept addressing aspects of cost, quality and strategy Support the definition of an efficient overall organisational breakdown structure with roles and responsibilities, and staffing plan staffing, competencies skills with focus on system operations Refine the SoW and support the supplier procurement process for activities related to constellation operations mission operation. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in relevant field Several years Senior in spacecraft operations, ideally including developing operational concepts for multisatellites missions Handson experience with operations preparation and implementation as well as project management in a generic space environment Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
