Position Reference 796 We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications Team either in Wavre, Belgium or Montreal, Canada The key person will be responsible for all aspects of RHEAs digital marketing and communication operations. The primary goal will be to help grow RHEAs brand influence across Europe and Canada, and increase brand loyalty and awareness. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Design and oversee our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email, social media and advertisements. Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Help grow our five online channels RHEA GroupCanada LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube including the creation of content, monitoring, engagement and data collection. Prepare accurate reports on all marketing campaign activity performance. Maintain a healthy CRM in compliance with GDPR. Set up lead generation tactics and automations. Support external events through attendance, live social media coverage and promotion. Support internal communications and campaigns. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing. 4 year of relevant experience either in marketing or commucation. Excellent knowledge of marketing channels Google search, email marketing, social media. Excellent knowledge of analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, DataBox. Excellent knowledge of CRM tools HubSpot, SalesForce. Ability to write convincing and conversiondriven copy. Ability to create videos or use video editing software. Analytical, responsible, curious, proactive and creative attitude. Team working spirit. Excellent communication skills. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
