(Telecompaper) Intel has announced a number of partnerships with leading retailers such as Nordstrom, Brooks Brothers, Levi's and Coop revolving around its IoT-based Intel Retail Sensor Platform. The technology is tailored to individual retailers' needs, helping them drive new retail experiences for consumers, said Joe Jensen, vice president of Intel's Retail Solutions Division, adding that "retailers seem to be turning a corner in terms of using new technologies to better understand their business and connect with customers."
