ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The position is directly responsible for the management, operations and development of applications and IT infrastructure solutions within SES the group and affiliated companies, as well as for IT project support within the organization and customer related projects with a focus on applications dedicated to Digital Workplace, Digital Adoption and Messaging Collaboration environments. The incumbent will execute projects, development, support and maintenance within the Digital Workplace Experience field by ensuring timely task and project implementation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Manage and develop applications and integrations on Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms Define and implement work packages to support and maintain the Digital Workplace system architecture Develop, install, configure, test and support application software and services, system management tools and cloud environments Manage and measure the support for applications during and after implementation including the resolution of all problems associated with their successful operation Engineer, operate and support applications within or operated by the Office 365 environment Develop and manage integrations to MS Teams, Office 365 and ServiceNow Conceive and develop applications based on AI, RPA and BOTs automations Operate and support the system and applications monitoring environment and monitoring applications Conceive and manage MS SharePoint Online sites Proactively improve and develop IT services automatizations Implement continuous improvement and automations for IT onpremises and offpremises environments including continues review and optimisations on associated processes Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers, network, security and other appropriate stakeholders to implement potential fixes or improve features or performance Take on responsibility for timely implementation for assigned projects and activities Interact positively with IT and business stakeholders Document environments and procedures Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Deliver 2nd Level oncall support to assist the SES teams on application or system issues including outside office hours Take ownership of resolving assigned tasks and problems Execute work related tasks closely collaborating with other team members wherever necessary Provide input to the Senior Manager, Business Application for administrative and management tasks Ensure that all systems selected or developed comply with prevailing IT Architectural Standards including but not limited to security standards and Information Security policies Evaluate application opportunities and threats by new trends and developments in and outside of SES Mentor junior team members Stay uptodate with stateoftheart methodologies, technologies and methodologies, and use this knowledge to analyse, maintain systems and applications and continuously improve them Continuous training and Microsoft certifications will be provided COMPETENCIES Excellent team player with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organisation Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, meet goals and provide results Proven project management skills to take the lead on smaller change projects Effective analytical abilities High level of integrity and work ethic Ability to work internationally in a matrixmanaged, resultsoriented environment Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Selfmotivated and demonstrate doer mentality Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to nontechnical people QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Minimum eight years of applicable professional experience Sound technical understanding of the IT landscape and related technical skills as well as its Digital Workplace Microsoft 365 MS SharePoint online OneDrive for Business MS Power Platform Microsoft Graph API MS Power BI MS PowerShell MS Teams, MS Groups Azure Active Directory AD Connect, ADFS Exchange Online MS o365 E5 Compliance and security features Azure Information Protection, Cloud Security, DLP General Windows landscape MS Windows Servers, MS SQL, MS IIS AI, RPA, Bot development Fluency in English, any other language is considered as an asset Willingness to travel internationally Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS COMMENTS Key performance indicator Measure deliverables on time, budget and specifications 247 Applications availability Measurement of level 23 application service desk requests Main interfaces to other departments Business representatives to define business needs Demand Management to ensure new projects are addressed Collaborate with Service Delivery to get appropriate infrastructure support for application Apply HERE

Responsibilities To Participate in the TEPRELB Liquid Rocket Engine Flight Qualification, including hardware integration, testing and posthot test data processing. To be part of the engineering decision process of MIURA 1 propulsion subsystem final development, testing and integration. To provide inputs for TEPRELB liquid rocket engine upgrades and to improve its performance. To contribute and participate in the engineering decision process of MIURA 1 propellant feed system including piping, valves, sensing, actuators, etc. To contribute in material characterization, material selection and to generate specification for updates and further developments. To develop test plans for liquid propulsion parts and assemblies. To generate manufacturing and assembly specifications. About TEPRELB Engine TEPRELB engine has been developed internally by PLD Space, being the first liquid propellant rocket engine developed by the company. This engine, fed by Kerosene and LOX in a Pressurefed cycle has been designed to boost MIURA 1 rocket into space. TEPRELB engine has a Thrust SL of 32.3 KN in Sea Level and 39.7 KN in Vacuum conditions. The engine is currently under Flight Qualification Process at PLD Spaces propulsion testing facilities in Teruel Spain. This engine has been developed with Spanish CDTI support in several RD projects as well as internal company investment. Required competences Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering. Relevant experience in liquid propulsion 7 years of liquid propulsion experience, design and testing . 5 years experience in Finite Element Analysis using industry tools such as ANSYS. Excellent use of Siemens NXTeamcenter, EcosimPro, Matlab and Simulink tools. Relevant experience in manufacturing processes metal machining Copper Alloys, Aluminium Alloys and Stainlesssteel Alloys, as well as Electrical Discharge Machining EDM. Other relevant experience in manufacturing processes, such as Aluminium and Stainlesssteel TIG Welding. Good communications skills, including C1 English Level both written and oral. Ability and willingness to thrive in a fastpaced work environment. Highly motivated and committed to improvement. Ability to represent a workgroup. Ability to work as a part of a team. Valued competences Use of Labview is desired. Experience with space launch vehicle design. Spanish both written and oral.
