2015-11-19 14:31:05| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Available in 16-pin HTSSOP, S6BP20x series leverages one-channel, buck-boost DC/DC converter to enable vehicle ECUs to safely manage battery voltage fluctuations. PMICs require 9 external components, consume 20 µA quiescent current, and have 2.5–42 V input range. For automotive instrument cluster systems, S6BP50x series of 3-channel output PMICs integrates buck controller, buck converter, boost converter, and Spread Spectrum Clock Generator (SSCG) in one 32-pin, side-wettable QFN package.
