The Software Test Engineer is responsible for verifying mission critical ground software applications that will launch and operate the worlds largest satellite constellation. This individual must be an experienced tester and will work as part of the software development and integration test team to develop test automation and migrate existing test automation into the OneWeb integration and test environment. This role also includes developing and running tests, as well as operating testing software, analyzing test results, and providing technical leadership to this arena. This individual will assume an integral role in the software development process, the integration test process, and in supporting major program milestones. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision and have experience working in an agile team environment. The Software Test Engineer is part of the FMS Integration and Test team.
