The role is supporting the day to day business and dealing with customer work order e.g. Ingest, Storage or VOD delivery of video material. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Handle work order for services such as ingest, quality check, transcoding, storage and delivery of video material in respect of the SES Content Management Services Technical evaluation of videoaudio material Incoming inspection of all new materials capture, validation and correction of metadata and management of videoaudio material COMPETENCIES Ideally completed technical vocational training in the media sector Knowledge of digital video and audio technology as well as experience with filebased video processing is desirable Good command of written and spoken English Precise and structured working method Good IT knowledge and open to learn new applications internal company programs QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE High degree of responsibility, service mentality, flexibility, team spirit and customer orientation Whats in it for you? Lead Management Specialist Mexico Mexico City You will be responsible for the nurturing of new contacts prospects through to customer acquisition and manage the first contact after an inquiry, followed by qualifying leads, and managing the handoff to the sales organization. Once leads are passed on to sales, you will continually monitor the progress of leads and report on Return on Investment for the entire SES Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, results driven and at ease when building rapport. Leveraging on the technical expertise accumulated within the Group by operating satellites for more than 30 years, it provides technical services to the Satellite Industry on a worldwide basis. The Configuration and Documentation Management CADM Specialist is supporting the attraction, successful management and closure of projects in the field of satellite ground engineering, operations as well as satellite communications. The position is integrated in a team of approximately ten employees consisting of Programme managers, Project Managers, Project Controllers or Quality Assurance Engineers. The CADM Specialist shall perform Documentation and Configuration Management tasks in support to the SES Techcom Services Projects and dedicated Project Management Offices covering all project phases, including proposal, projects and operational activities. Responsibilities Implement Documentation and Configuration Management plans, processes and working practices. Regularly propose improvements on those documents Deliver support to users and training on Documentation and Configuration Management procedures Ensure incoming and outgoing documentation is managed according to applicable working practices, covering all registration, formatting, review, approval and storing steps and timely releasingdistribution Support the identification of the configuration items software, hardware and documents to be managed during Electra operations and buildup operations activities.
