A vacancy for a Homologation Security Officer mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. You will join the IMSEC France Risk Management department, particularly the Information Management IM Team. IM is the Information Technology IT business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space. In order to comply with new French regulation i.e. II901, your tasks will be Conducting processes to gain existing Sensitive Information Systems accreditation Bringing your regulatory expertise to provide TOII team with applicable regulation requirements, validating TOII architecture proposals, processes and organisation set up in the existing systems or necessary updates, in order to gain accreditation Bringing your technical expertise to assess residual risks, and coordinating the relevant accreditation dossier proposal Working in close collaboration with Accreditation Project manager and IMSEC French National Head to whom you will report Performing awareness of IM team and business teams against regulation impacts Organising clearance at appropriate level by French Ministry of Defence and meet necessary requirements to have access to French protected information. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities. This role will involve some travel for business once a month worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree level or equivalent, ideally in information technology, 3years of experience in information systems architecture, First experience in a similar working environment, related to security regulation, Good knowledge of applicable regulation from French Ministry of Defence i.e. IGI 1300, II901, etc., export control rules, PSTN, etc., Knowledge of ANSSI accredited products, firewall and proxy, Ability to negotiate and to argue, Ability to detect the risks and vulnerabilities in architectures, Autonomy and communication skills, Negotiation level of French and intermediate level of English. Main responsibilities As ICT, Logistics and Physical Security Engineer NAV you will be responsible for the following specific tasks Physical Security Definition, set up, maintenance and operation of CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems and of DNAV directorate dedicated infrastructure for the management of classified and unclassified information. This includes Coordination with ESA Corporate services Facility Management for implementation, maintenance and operations, ESA Security Office for accreditation Coordination with external entities for DNAV team physical security matters outside ESA premises Coordination with counterparts in other security offices within ESA PRS Lab, ETS test facilities, ESOC and outside ESA EC, GSA, Arianespace, CNES, Industry for issues concerned with the DNAV team Physical Security and logistics Support the procurement of delta equipment, software and services in the domain of Physical Security. This includes Definition, implementation and control of ICT infrastructure for classified information Galileo Secure Environment Coordination with ESA Corporate ICT services for delta securityrelated ICT services e.g. HD encryption, security threats and incidents, virus alerts handling, etc. Coordination with counterparts in other security offices within ESA PRS Lab, ETS test facilities, EGNOS and outside ESA EC, GSA, Arianespace, CNES, Industry for issues concerned with the DNAV team ICT Security and logistics related matters Establishment, operation and maintenance of classified communication networks SINA in support of procurement and operational tasks Support the procurement of delta equipment, software and services in the domain of ICT Security. Provide direct support to the Head of the Physical, ICT Personnel Security Unit in the management of the Galileo Secured Environment and supervise day today operation Provide direct technical advice to DNAV and Galileo Security Office Management decisions on ICT Security, Physical Security and logistics matters Perform andor supervise the setup, securing, administration and maintenance of adhoc DNAV ICT infrastructure Act as technical interface for ICT security, Physical security and logistics matters related to Test and Launch campaigns Support other Members of the Galileo Security Office for the execution of the following activities Mission level bodies for Security Regulations WGPCI Operational Network Security activities. Ideal candidate As successful candidate you should have an Engineering PhD or Master Degree in a relevant discipline and bring at least 4 years of postgraduate experience. In addition you should comply with the following technical requirements proven experience in security, working in security environments deep experience and understanding of network architecture, including SINA networks handson experience in managing clientserver systems Excellent knowledge and experience in corporate IT environments Good knowledge of Virtualization technologies VMWare etc. Experience in cyber security pen tests, hardening, and patching policy.
