Your day to day activities As security architectengineer you will play a key role in developing missioncritical systems for some of the most prestigious space programs. You are responsible for undertaking the various analyses required to understand the security risks to the system designs, and to define and design the security measures needed to provide the justified levels of security. With a team of specialist you design and build a resilient system and validate the security measures. You monitor the correct implementation of all security measures. You also contribute to meetings with the client to clarify the security aspects. Things you need to be successful You have affinity with complex systems and are able to define the security requirements and design for space systems. You have a basic understanding of all aspects of security including but not limited to network security, cryptographic solutions, application security, ISO27001, and security accreditation. You also have A Bachelors degree with a focus on Information TechnologyCommunications, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience as a security engineer. Experience with security architectures for complex systems Experience with space projects is desirable Experience with security evaluation and accreditation is desirable Security certifications CSSLP, CISSP, etc. is desirable. Security measures are needed to protect the availability, integrity, and confidentiality CIA of the space systems, as well as to protect the services they provide to the users. We are currently working on several projects where we are designing the security architecture for space systems, thereby looking at the current state of the art solutions as well as the long term threats and solutions e.g., looking at the threats and opportunities that quantum technology offers. Security Accreditation Support Engineer

Your day to day activities As Accreditation Support Engineer you will be working on the Galileo operation network, the service desk of our clients site and the other operational tools of the site, including CSIRT, OIS and KVM. Security Support Consultant

Your day to day activities As a Security Support you will support the SecMon activities operated on the site. Your main activities will be collaborating in the creation and validation of incident handling procedures for nominal and crisis scenarios, resolution of security incidents requesting ARB decisions, support the Security Operational Intelligence Facility implementation roadmap and its validation activities, support SecMon LEOP preparation and execution, support the local staff in strengthening the operations and in understanding of the system configuration, and other related activities. Things you need to be successful You are motivated by the opportunity to work within the Space domain. You have good interpersonal skills and perfect communication skills in English, speaking and writing. You also have A relevant Bachelor or Master degree Minimum 3 years of experience in practical INFOSEC security e.g. network security device administration, user security management, incident response, etc. Experience in drafting operational procedures related to root cause investigation and troubleshooting technical issues Experience in performing validation of operational procedures Preferably professional certifications i.e. CISSP, GIAC Preferably experience in crisis management Preferably drafting skills i.e. reports of activity EU passport. European Parliament calls for EU action against Chinese 5G security threat

(Telecompaper) The European Parliament has passed a resolution calling for EU action on potential security threats from China's growing technological presence in the EU. In particular, the MEPs want the European Commission and EU states to develop guidance on how to tackle any cyber threats and vulnerabilities when procuring 5G equipment, including having network security agency Enisa develop a system of equipment certification.
