Qualifications Competencies The successful candidate shall have A Masters Degree in Telecommunications and signal processing or Electronic Engineering, as well as at least 4 years experience in these fields. Experience in analysis and design of modern digital communication systems, coding and synchronization issues. Familiarity with modern communication system and subsystem simulation techniques, as a minimum Matlab and CC program languages. Knowledge of modern prototyping and testing methodologies for digital communication subsystems is also preferred. Desirable Awareness of the regulatory as well as the technical aspects of telecommunications system security would be useful.
