Definition of SIS Service Validation Plans defining the tools and the processes to be used to measure the SIS Service Key Performance Indicators KPIs. Coordination of the activities required to monitor continuously the SIS Service Performance KPIs. Preparation of regular status reports. Analysis of the impact on the service during the deployment of the system and propose priorities on the Operational Plans to minimize SIS outages. Coordination of the developments of the tools to be used for the measurement of SIS service KPIs and the analysis of Galileo service performance in general. Comparative analysis of GNSS SIS performance. Required Skills and Experience University degree or equivalent in the fields of Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Aerospace Engineering. Specific knowledge in the design and testing of Radio Navigation systems and equipment. Strong knowledge on the design of satellite navigation systems, ranging and positioning techniques, RF, signal processing techniques, and digital navigation receivers.
