Motorola introduces new Moto G smartphones

(Telecompaper) Motorola has unveiled the latest additions to its Moto G family at an event in Sao Paolo. The thinner fourth-generation Moto G comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display, 13MP camera, 3,000 mAh battery and octa-core processor. The TurboPower features gives the phone six hours of power after just a 15-minute charge. The new Moto G Plus has all the features of Moto G, plus a somewhat better camera with 16 megapixels, laser focus and phase detect autofocus. The Moto G and Moto G Plus are available starting in Brazil, and the Moto G Plus has launched also in India. Both versions will arrive soon in various countries across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Motorola also presented the new Moto G Play, available globally starting later this summer.

(Telecompaper) The top three smartphone gaming applications in the Netherlands are Candy Crush Saga, Wordfeud and Candy Crush Soda Saga. The app Candy Crush Saga is installed on 22 percent of Dutch smartphones, equal to almost 2.6 million users. This makes it the most popular gaming application in the country. The second and third most popular gaming applications are both installed over 1.5 million times, according to the April edition of Telecompaper's Dutch Apps Market report.
