Vitrociset Belgium is looking for a candidate with the profile described below to deploy in EAC Please submit applications not later than 2022014 by EMAIL to Mr. Massimiliano Mazza, Head of Engineering services Satellite Operations M.Mazzavitrocisetbelgium.com cc. jobsvitrocisetbelgium.com Specific Tasks Support the organisation of the ESA Human Behaviour and Performance HBP and Space Analogue training course CAVES Support the organisation of other complex training events, including outdoor ESA events like survival training, geological field trips, training events for special groups like Antarctic overwinters, and HBP or Instructor Training Course ITC training events Support to the organisation of preparatory meetings, dry runs and Training Readiness Reviews, as well as debriefings for the a.m. training events Preparation of minutes and followup of action items from preparation and conduct of the a.m. training events Maintenance of course and project web pages related to those events Maintenance of training courseware information Support to the maintenance of social media associated to those training events Coordination of production of blog entries for the ESA event blogs Maintenance and upload to designated ESA web resources of public materials videos, photos Preparation of administrative material related to special training events according to the ESA training standards Support in the preparation and followup of purchases and agreements for the training events Support in the coordination of support to the events by other ESA entities medical, insurance, safety, PR Maintenance of course equipment inventory Support in the preparation and logistics of equipment to be used during the training events, including ensuring proper storage Support in the coordination of logistics for event participants flights, equipment, visas, insurance verification, medicals Collection preparation and verification of event communication plans, including preparation of telephone and email lists Preparation and printing of support materials for the training events and preparatory meetings Support in the creation of event reports Specific Competence Requirements Experience with the organisation of complex events Strong organisation and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure, including support of events on outdoor locations Strong computer skills as a user, including use of databases and preparation of documents and presentations Willingness to ensure excellence in the preparation and execution of training events with attention to details Willingness to adjust to the demands of challenging activities in a very multicultural and multidisciplinary team Languages fluency with English is required, the ability to speak Russian or Italian would be assets Specific Qualification Requirements Msc. Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communicationsas relevant At least 4 years of previous relevant working experience in the field
