LSE Space is looking for an experienced Engineer mf in order to fulfill the duty of Flight Dynamics Engineer for Sentinel3 for our customer EUMETSAT in DarmstadtGermany. The primary responsibilities of this role will be The Flight Dynamics Engineer FDE shall mainly perform tasks related to flight dynamics involving primarily the determination and maintenance of the satellite orbit and generation of products for the Payload Data Ground Segment PDGS and Flight Operations Segment. The FDE performs the maintenance, update, validation and documentation of the S3FDF operational implementation in all mission phases. The Copernicus Sentinel3 Flight Dynamics Facility S3FDF is based on NAPEOS product, already in used by EUMETSAT EPS mission. Requirements Deep experience of Low Earth Orbit LEO flight dynamics using NAPEOS or derived software Proven track of general programmingsoftware development F90, TCLTK. Academic and work related requirements A University degree in an engineering discipline is required. Perfect command of English, verbal and written. Knowledge of French would be an asset. RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES Software design and development for orbit and attitude control, AOCS telemetry monitoring, man oeuvre optimization or command generation for the ESA spacecraft missions.
