TV penetration in Sub-Saharan Africa still low

According to Dataxis, among the 215 million households in the region, around 102 million have access to TV in 2018. Even though the penetration is progressing, TV has not yet fully penetrated into sub-Saharan African homes.

Broadcom says chip market bottomed out, demand to remain low

(Telecompaper) Broadcom reported revenues for its fiscal third quarter to July up 9 percent year-on-year and little changed on a sequential basis at USD 5.515 billion. The company said it appeared the semiconductor market had bottomed out but it's expected to remain at a low level due to the uncertain market conditions.
