We are currently looking for an EDRS Ground System Engineer to support our customer in Germany. EDRS Ground System Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Analysis of technical documentation Assisting in the preparation of requirementsspecifications with DOORS Cooperation in the design development Specification of test cases Support of the projectspecific Configuration Control System Creation of official project documents, e.g. Design Definition File, Requirements Specification, Test Specifications, Availability Analysis, FMEA Participation in technical project meetings, internally and with the customer Performance of tests Potential coding of small software tools or shell scripts. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering or equivalent Several years of experience in the preparation of space missions and satellite projects Experience in the area of system engineering Experience with FMEA FMECA and availability analysis ECSSQSt30 as well as ECSSQSt3002ECSSQSt3009 Knowledge of software development ECSSQSt80 and ECSSESt40 Fluency in English and German is required. As Intel mulls a plan to expand its contract-manufacturing operations, the company has lost ground as the world's top semiconductor company to chip suppliers benefitting from the success of mobile devices, according to a study by IC Insights released on Monday. Based on revenue, Intel remained the top semiconductor company, but has lost market share to Samsung and Qualcomm, which design and supply chips for smartphones and tablets. A lot of Intel's chips are being used in PCs, whose sales are falling.
