We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to support our customer in Germany. Contracts Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part Contract Manager, you will have the following responsibilities Preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals Preparation and distribution of internal management documents for approval, including proposal review related documentation Participation in negotiations on project contracts Contract negotiations Preparation of contractual documents contracts, funding and cooperation agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc. Preparation of the proposal examination Preparation of commercial and financial proposals, including the contractual part Participation in the analysis, conception and preparation of the calculation Support for customer inquiries Preparation of payment plans and financial requirement Ensure that contractual obligations with customers and criticalimportant subcontractors are fulfilled Assurance of a proper relationship with customers during the course of contract Monitoring and tracking of invoices and payments Preparation, transmission and negotiation of contract amendments and additional contracts Commercial advice and support to project negotiations. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Master degree in law or economics Experiences in contract preparation and negotiation within an international environment Good knowledge of commercial and legal requirements an asset Profound knowledge of public funding, subsidy law and related requirements required Experience with agency contracts e.g. DLR etc. would be an asset Fluency in English and German is mandatory knowledge of French is an advantage. France takes Apple and Google to court over unfair contracts with app developers

(Telecompaper) Apple and Google face legal action at the Paris commercial court that could result in a fine of EUR 2 million for unfair commercial practices. The case was brought on behalf of the French finance minister, Bruno Le Maire, by the French Directorate for fair trading, consumer affairs and fraud control (DGCCRF). It centres on the contractual terms imposed by the two companies on content and app developers selling software on Google Play and Apple's App Store.
