Magellan Midstream Partners LP has announced a $115 million expansion to its Galena Park, Texas, terminal on the Houston Ship Channel. The upgrade would include a new marine dock capable of handling Panamax-size ships and barges with up to a 40-foot draft, as well as new pipeline infrastructure for refined products, crude oil and blends.
