Statoil ASA, Norway's biggest energy company, bought a 12% stake in Lundin Petroleum AB, increasing its exposure to the giant Johan Sverdrup field. The Norwegian oil producer bought about 37 million shares in the Stockholm-based company, Statoil said in a statement on Thursday.
