We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support our customer in Denmark. Project Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is an independent Danish company recognized in satellite test systems, software, independent software verification and validation activities, onsite engineering support and power electronics. Their software systems have been utilized for onboard, checkout, ground station, simulation and in many other critical space related domains. As part of the project teams, you will have the following responsibilities Project Management and Scheduling responsibility over the full project lifecycle Customer Relationship Management Responsibility over the team involved in the project development. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent Several years experience in managing project work and development activities Project and Team Leadership as well as Excellent communication and teamworking skills Solid handson design experience with focus on system architecture, including design, integration and testing on a unit and system level Experience in analyzing, designing and implementing efficient solutions when presented with a requirement specification Extensive knowledge of modern development and design methods Ability to thoroughly document your work and Knowledge of Product Lifecycle, Engineering and Quality standards Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Quality Assurance Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the team, you will work on quality and safety assurance for space and defence products and projects. The project work includes Quality Assurance planning Following up and reporting Reviewing of documents Processing of error reports Participating in review meetings as well as in internal and external audits Subcontractor Quality Assurance and training of staff Participating in the company process improvement activities in the areas of QA, configuration management, export control and development methods. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in software engineering, hardware engineering, computer science or any other relevant discipline Experience in Quality Assurance, hardware development, software development, testing and configuration management Professional experience in the space and defence industry Good knowledge of safety analysis and FMECA as well as in export control activities Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Small-scale farmers dominate Ghana's agriculture industry - Manager

Mr Lambert Abraham Lugumial, the programme Manager of Ghana Trade and Livelihood Coalition , over the weekend said Ghana's agriculture is dominated by small-scale producers. Mr Lambert, who was speaking at a day's workshop organised by the GTLC, a Ghanaian trade and agricultural policy and practice organisation at Abesim, near Sunyani, noted that small-scale farmers accounted for about 80 percent of domestic production, which is characterised by low crop and animal productivity.
