Position Reference 004 RHEA Group is currently recruiting for an EGNOS Security Engineer to work on the security aspects of the EGNOS sites. You will be based at GSAs premises located in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities As a consultant for our customer, the scope of work will include Provide security support to EGNOS exploitation programme. Provide security engineering support to the preparation, evolution and maintenance of the security accreditation files for EGNOS system and sites. Provide security support to ensure compliance to the established EGNOS security requirements and follow up of the corresponding actions Provide support and technical advice to GSA procurement processes. Support GSA in monitoring its subcontractors on their security related actives to ensure the compliancy of the security requirements. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline You have at least 3 years of experience in accreditation of critical infrastructures airport, harbour, nuclear centres etc. You have experience with hardware aspect Civil work, Racks, Electronic System for physical security Preferably, you already have some experience in the Space Engineering domain, having worked according to the ECSS standards. Good understanding of risk analysis. Description of the job Were looking for a Deputy Site Security Manager to join our Security team at Airbus Defence and Space in Newport, Wales. You will report directly to the Site Security Manager and will be given responsibility for leading the application of specified subject areas of company security policy on site, as delegated by the Site Security Manager. Tasks accountabilities You will maintain site Access Control Administrator of the AACS software OnGuard, authorising and creating site ID Pass. You will assist with the preemployment screening and new starters on boarding Facility planning new and ongoing requirements Risk assessments, lighting, CCTV, access control, PIR, fencing, surveillance and secure access. Emergency Responder investigate and resolves issues You will support all aspects of local management as it relates to Airbus Defence and Space site specific requirements. You will assist with management of inward visitors and UK Employees attending offsite locations within the UK and overseas. You will assist with the management of the 3rd party supplier regarding the onsite access control requirements, ensuring that appropriate protection is afforded to both classified and corporate assets. You will support the delivery and administration of the Airbus Defence and Space Employee Emergency hot line International SOS programme by ensuring that site residents who are deployed outside of the UK are informed of local security conditions abroad. You will assist with the development of communications with UK National Security Authorities, Securityrelated statutory regulators, local Police and other Airbus Corporate, customer and partner security organisations and to represent us at external events courses. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth. Required skills IT communication and interpersonnel skills Experience of leading a team. Hold or demonstrate qualities and attributes to be placed as a candidate for recognised training courses provided by CPNI and DISA.
