Public Service of New Hampshire is no more as Northeast Utilities adopts its new name as part of a rebranding effort. The utility, based in Hartford and Boston, and all its subsidiaries will be known beginning Monday, Feb. 2 as Eversource Energy.

The chief executive officer of Northeast Utilities says he has no plans to consolidate the company's two headquarters offices in Boston and Hartford as the utility rebrands as Eversource Energy.
