Miken was owned and operated by George "Jeb" Griffith and had more than $10 million in annual sales when Griffith sold it in 2004 to K2 Inc. of Carlsbad, California.

Guardian: The Obama administration is issuing new rules intended to improve fuel efficiency for medium and heavy-duty trucks and cut pollution blamed for global warming.
