A summer trial date has been set for two men accused of selling millions of dollars worth of synthetic marijuana in Columbia. 45-year-old Kevin Bay and 62-year-old John Hawkins were federally indicted in October 2013 for their role in the sale of more than $2 million of synthetic pot, also known as K2.

A Chicago law firm is suing the makers of Angel's Envy Rye Whiskey, claiming the Kentucky-based manufacturer is lying about where and how it's made. The lawsuit states the whiskey is advertised as being distilled by Lincoln Henderson in Bardstown, Ky., and produced in a "small batch," according to a report in Legal Newsline Legal Journal .
