Position Reference 905 We are currently looking for a Project Controller to work to work at ESA premises in the city of Harwell, United Kingdom. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Supporting partnership projects on all activities related to project cost, schedule and risk, project management processes and administrative functions, and the Directorates internal and external reporting. This includes work breakdown structure, financial matters, scheduling, configuration, documentation, progress control, geographical return and general project administration. Monitoring contracts, ensuring industry compliance with established formal requirements and support the closure of contracts. Preparing relevant period and adhoc reporting including KPIs. Supporting Project reviews Supporting the TIA Quality Management System and the implementation of Project Control processes Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with at least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the application of project management and project control principles and advanced project control techniques are essential. Ability to summarise complex information and prepare reports, dashboards and KPIs. Proactivity, good communication skills and attention to detail. Capability to work autonomously and at the same time be able to work effectively as part of a team. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. The following skills would be highly desirable Strong IT skills. Experience with ESA tools such as ESAP, EROS, WLMS, ESAPLAN, Excel, Microsoft Project and TableauPowerBI.
