Cato Corp. CEO John Cato 's total compensation jumped nearly 57 percent to $4.6 million in fiscal 2014, which ended Jan. 31. That's up from $2.9 million the previous year, according to a company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. Cato's compensation includes a base salary of roughly $1.1 million.
