Cotton Prices on International and Domestic Markets (Weekly Report)
2020-03-11 18:12:07| EmergingTextiles.com
Cotton futures could tumble further, over a dramatic fall of crude oil and financial markets on Monday. Demand has previously surged from importing countries outside China, as a result of a 7% drop in prices in the last four weeks. This new rise in cotton trade could result in a rebound of the futures market when the virus crisis will have been overcome. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are also reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. All data are available for download.
