Years ago I gave serious thought to getting my real estate license after I'd found a buyer for a large ranch and didn't get one thin dime out of the deal, thank you very much. Several of my road agent buddies got their licenses and every now and then you hear about one of them getting a commission check for more money than I make in a year.

I hate snow. I know, I know, every ten inches of snow supposedly equals one inch of rain and we all need rain, but a blizzard seems to me to be an awfully inefficient and dangerous way to get your moisture.

People the world over use their fingers to communicate; mostly in rude ways. Hip teenagers and Italians couldn't communicate if they had to wear mittens or a catcher's glove. The problem is this "finger talk" is not universal the world over.
