Two well-known names in local auto retailing will be honored tomorrow evening in a Leadership Dinner at John Carroll University, hosted by the Newton D. Baker Chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army and the Joint Veterans Council of Cuyahoga County. George Qua, former longtime Buick dealer in Shaker Heights, and Pat O'Brien, founder of area Chevrolet dealerships, will receive Service and Leadership awards at the event.
